Unifinder – sketch over the operator table

This is a simplified sketch of ACE Agent, the Unifinder support function and the Person tab.

Each digit represents an area with specific functions, described below.

1. Information about calls and searched party. See Call information for operators.
2. Search fields where you enter letters or digits. See Search for a person via Unifinder.
3. Search result where you see data about the found person.
4. See more details for selected person. In the Activity tab you can change the person’s absence information and log out agent. See As operator, set activity for an agent.
